CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - April 22, 2016 - The Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”), a subsidiary entity of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“VIEDA”), notifies all interested persons of its Governing Board Decision Meeting which will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 9 a.m. to resolve compliance matters for St. Thomas Tramway, a Joint Venture; and an administrative matter for Subbase Dry Dock, Inc. (administrative action). The Board will also deliberate on an application matter for Perpetual Motion Management, LLC.
This meeting will be held in the VIEDA office at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite No. 620, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and via video conference feed at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, No. 4 Negro Bay, Building No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI.
The Board of Directors may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided by law in accordance with 1 V.I.C. § 254(b).
