The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) will host a free webinar for small businesses titled, “How to Apply for the Paycheck Protection Program through the VIEDA” at 10AM on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
This webinar will be conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
This webinar will feature the following representatives and their agencies:
- Representative from the VIEDA's Economic Development Bank
- Wayne Huddleston, Sr. Area Manager, Small Business Administration (U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico Division)
- Ted Gutierrez, State Director, VI Small Business Development Center (VI SBDC)
The discussion will highlight:
1. How to apply through the online application portal for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) with local lender, the Economic Development Bank
2. Small Business Administration Updates on the PPP and EIDL
3. Technical Assistance from the VI SBDC
