You will learn effective "virtual" ways to respond to a request for an accommodation, documentation of disability and various ways to provide reasonable accommodations (i.e., telework reassignment or modified work schedule). Small businesses will leave with a wealth of information to help implement the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) during this difficult time.
