CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - December 28, 2014 - The V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) will be holding a special Board Meeting to ratify administrative matters that are time-sensitive for action on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the VIEDA’s office at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, USVI, and via video conference feed at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park at No. 4 Negro Bay, Bldg. No. 2, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI. All interested persons are notified in accordance with law.
The VIEDA’s Board of Directors may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings in accordance with law.
