CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – St. Thomas, USVI – October 23, 2014 -- The V.I. Economic Development Authority, along with its subsidiaries the Economic Development Commission and the Economic Development Bank, will be holding a Governing Board Decision Meeting on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
This meeting will be held in the boardroom of the VIEDA’s office at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, 2nd Fl., Suite 620, St. Thomas, USVI; and via video conference feed at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, No. 4 Estate Negro Bay, Bldg. No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI.
This decision meeting will be held on applications and other matters which may be brought to the appropriate Board for action. All interested persons are notified in accordance with law. The VIEDA’s Board of Directors may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meeting in accordance with law.
