All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 717 Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, a public hearing for the Economic Development Commission will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park at No. 4 Negro Bay in Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI via video conference feed to 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, USVI, on applications from the following businesses:

NOTICE OF GOVERNING BOARD MEETING
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 254 Chapter 15 of Title 1, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, a decision meeting for the Economic Development Commission will immediately follow the public hearing to resolve application matters: The Windward Company, Sugar Bay Club & Resort Corp. and compliance matters for these businesses: OSON VI, LLC, Goddard Catering Group St. Thomas , Seaborne Virgin Islands, Inc., d/b/a Seaborne Airlines, Tropical Plastics Corporation, Virgin Islands Paving, Inc., VI Analytics, LLC, VRBO International, LLC
A decision meeting is also scheduled for the V.I. Economic Development Authority and the Economic Development Bank on applications and/or matters which may be brought to the appropriate Board for action.
Please be advised that the VIEDA's Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in Title 1 Virgin Islands Code Section 254(b).
