CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - September 13, 2013 - Chief Executive Officer of the V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) Percival E. Clouden announces that the VIEDA, along with its subsidiaries, the Government Development Bank (GDB) and the Enterprise Zone Commission (EZC) will be holding Governing Board Decision Meetings on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Boardroom at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, Building No. 2, on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. These meetings will be held on applications and matters which may be brought to the appropriate Board for action.
The VIEDA Governing Board also will meet for administrative and personnel matters. All interested persons are notified in accordance with Section 254 Chapter 15 of Title 1, Virgin Islands Code, as amended.
Please be advised that the EDA Board of Directors, and its subsidiary Boards, may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in Title 1 Virgin Islands Code Section 254(b).
