Cravins Jr. announced M. Gill and Associates, Inc., as the awardee for the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Capital Readiness Program (CRP) for the U.S. Virgin Islands. This news conference was held at the VIEDA office in Nisky Center on St.
