VIEDA Governing Board Meeting to be held on September 11

VI Economic Development Authority, Enterprise Zone Commission, Economic Development Bank, Economic Development Park Corp. Boards to consider program applications, small business & compliance matters.

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – September 3, 2025 – Wayne L. Biggs, Jr., chief executive officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that a Governing Board Meeting for the VIEDA, Economic Development Commission (Compliance matters), Enterprise Zone Commission, Economic Development Bank and the Economic Development Park Corporation will be held beginning at 9AM on Thursday, September 11, 2025

The VIEDC meeting will be held virtually via Zoom (Zoom.com), a software-based platform for video and audio communications. Registration in advance of this meeting is encouraged as registration is required for all participants and can be completed at the following link:

Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with details to access the meeting. Meeting registrants are advised not to share their confirmation links, as each attendee must register individually.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to enter executive session at any time during the meetings pursuant to 1 V.I.C. § 254.
