VIEDA Governing Board to Hold Public Hearing, Decision Meetings on March 19

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – March 18, 2026 – The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) Governing Board will meet Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a new application for Economic Development Commission (EDC) tax incentives from St. Thomas Family Partners, LLP.

Following the hearing, the Board will convene decision meetings on EDC applications matters, as well as matters related to the Enterprise Zone Commission (EZC).

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is required at:

Participants will receive access details upon registration. Meeting registrants are advised not to share their confirmation links, as each attendee must register individually.

The Board may enter executive session at any time in accordance with 1 V.I.C. § 254.
