The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority’s Enterprise Zone Commission (EZC), and VICA are partnering once again in this initiative to assist local, licensed small manufacturers by increasing their opportunities for business exposure and growth in the USVI and outside of the Territory. In 2018, both organizations jointly initiated the “Made in the USVI” Pop Up Shops to assist small manufacturers with locally-made products.

About the Made in the USVI Pop-Up Shop Initiative:
Made in the USVI is a collaborative effort between VIEDA’s Enterprise Zone Commission (EZC) and the Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA), a division of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources. This initiative launched in December 2018 with a pop-up shop on St. Thomas and has since expanded to St. Croix and St. John since its inception. The pop-up shops, typically open during the holiday season or Carnival/Festival periods, feature a variety of unique, locally made products, including clothing, accessories, art, woodwork, spa items, and food products such as seasonings, local beverages, and stews. Regardless of the location, the initiative consistently highlights the craftsmanship of local manufacturers and artisans from all three islands.
