CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – March 6, 2016 – The Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 9 a.m. for certain entities to show cause why tax exemption benefits should not be revoked, suspended, or modified for alleged violations of their VIEDC Certificates in accordance with law.
This hearing will be held for a St. Croix-based company, Caribbean Reservations, Inc., at the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority, 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, VI and via videoconference feed at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, No. 4 Negro Bay, Building No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI.
At the hearing, representatives of this company will testify and any interested person(s) may appear and be heard provided that a written statement is submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of the VIEDA at least one (1) day prior to the hearing at the VIEDA office located at No. 116 King St., Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI.
