EDB, EDC Boards reschedule decision meeting cases for June 4

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – June 3, 2015 – The V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) announces that cases previously scheduled to be heard on May 28, 2015 by the Economic Development Bank (EDB) Board of Directors and by the Economic Development Commission (EDC) Board of Directors on matters concerning EDC applications submitted by Diamond Rock Frenchman’s Owner, Inc. d/b/a Frenchman’s Reef and Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort; Daily News Publishing Co., Inc.; and Amalie Global, Inc., have been rescheduled for a decision meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 8:30AM and 1:30PM respectively.

This decision meeting will be held at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and via video conference feed at the Virgin Islands Economic Development Park at No. 4 Negro Bay, Bldg. No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI.
