The Economic Development Park Corporation, through the USVIEDA, will be accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for roof repairs at the WDRIP Building #2 as outlined in the Leatherback Brewing Company Roof Replacement Analysis Report. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., local time at the USVIEDA’s Conference Room in Building #2 located at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, #4 Estate Negro Bay, St. Croix, VI 00820. A walk-through of the project area will follow immediately after the pre-bid conference. This Project requires Performance and Payment Bonds to be provided.

The deadline to submit questions in writing to Mark Finch, Director, Physical Plant at mfinch@usvieda.org is Friday, June 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

Bids will be received until Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., in the USVIEDA’s St. Croix Office at 116 King Street, Frederiksted St. Croix, VI 0040.  

Bids will be opened and respondents announced on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. local time via Zoom, or as soon thereafter as practical on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 9 a.m. via Zoom. The bid opening is open to the public.
