The deadline to submit bids in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FY 2025-01-USVIEDA for the U.S. Virgin Islands State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) 2.0 Technical Assistance Provider Program Manager/Consultant is February 10, 2025.

The purpose of this initiative is to expand access to capital, promote economic resiliency, create new jobs, and increase economic opportunity for small businesses in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The selected consultant will provide targeted technical assistance (TA) to small businesses that are likely to secure SSBCI 2.0 funding within the next one to three years, helping position them for success through specialized advisory services.

The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA) seeks a small business consultant with extensive experience in delivering advisory services that help small businesses achieve growth and secure new sources of capital.
