Telephone service temporarily unavailable at USVIEDA, William D. Roebuck Industrial Park offices on St. Croix

CHARLOTTE  AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – October 10, 2018  – The U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA) advises the general public that the telephone services at the USVIEDA office at No. 116 King St. in Frederiksted and the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park office at Estate Negro Bay (next to the Melvin Evans Highway) on St. Croix are temporarily unavailable. 

According to Viya, the telecommunications and cable TV services company, a construction crew will be working on rectifying the issues concerning the telephone lines at these locations.  

As these services are restored, the general public will be informed.  The USVIEDA apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

For immediate assistance, the general public may contact the USVIEDA St. Thomas office by the respective email address of the individual to be contacted; or call the USVIEDA office on St. Thomas directly at 340-714-1700.
