CHARLOTTE AMALIE, U.S. Virgin Islands – November 4, 2024 – The U.S. Virgin Islands is featured in an article published in Industry Today magazine titled, “Growing the Economy Through Manufacturing & Retail”.
This feature article focuses on the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority’s strategic efforts to bolster initiatives that can strengthen the small manufacturing and retail trade sector through federal programs such as the U.S. Small Business Administration’s State Trade Expansion Program (STEP).
The article also highlights the necessity of having more diversification within the USVI economy and creating Vision 2040, a strategic roadmap that outlines recommendations for fostering economic growth, wealth generation and job creation across the U.S. Virgin Islands.
