The VIEDA will use the information collected in this survey to create a rapid response to the Coronavirus pandemic. This survey will take from five to seven minutes to complete.

The deadline to complete this survey is Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

“Small business owners are being asked to answer questions on issues that are most important to them due to the presence of the coronavirus (COVID-19),” said Cusa Holloway, VIEDA Incubator Program Manager. “Topics range from impacts on revenue, supply chain and distribution, in-store workforce, remote work challenges, etc. We encourage our local small business community to participate so that we can determine how to assist them,” added Ms. Holloway.
