VIEDA Announces Governing Board Decision Meetings Rescheduled to October 9

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands –September 29, 2025 – Wayne L. Biggs, Jr., chief executive officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that the Governing Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025, has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 9, 2025.

During this session, the Governing Board will hold Decision Meetings to consider matters related to the Enterprise Zone Commission along with applications and compliance matters for the V.I. Economic Development Commission.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom, and registration is required for all participants. Interested parties can register using the following link:

Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing details for accessing the meeting. Meeting registrants are reminded to refrain from sharing the received link, as individual registration is required.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to enter executive session as stipulated in 1 V.I.C. § 254 during the meeting.
