Economic Development Authority, announces that due to a loss of a quorum, the Governing Board Decision Meetings for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority, along with its subsidiaries the Economic Development Commission, Government Development Bank, and the Small Business Development Agency, along with the Enterprise Zone Commission’s annual meeting, scheduled for Friday, February 22, 2013 have been postponed until further notice.
