Public Hearing: A public hearing for the Economic Development Commission is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park at No. 4 Negro Bay, Bldg. No. 2, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI, and via video conference feed at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, USVI on applications from the following businesses regarding tax exemption benefits: Real Impact Corporation and Tropico Management, LP.
Governing Board Decision Meeting: Immediately following the public hearing, the VIEDA and its subsidiaries the Economic Development Commission and Economic Development Bank will be holding a Governing Board Decision Meeting at the aforesaid locations on St. Thomas and St. Croix.
All interested persons are notified in accordance with law. The VIEDA’s Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings in accordance with law.
Any person, firm or corporation that is interested in the approval or disapproval of the application may appear and be heard provided that a written statement is submitted at least one (1) day prior to the hearing to the Chief Executive Officer of the V.I.
