VIEDA Governing Board Meeting Rescheduled to 10:30 a.m. on March 19

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – March 18, 2026 – The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) Governing Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026, has been rescheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. The date remains unchanged.

The Board will hold a public hearing to consider an application for Economic Development Commission (EDC) tax incentives from St. Thomas Family Partners, LLP.

Following the hearing, the Board will convene a decision meeting on EDC applications matters.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is required at:

The Board may enter executive session at any time in accordance with 1 V.I.C. § 254.
