CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – May 28, 2024 – The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that a Public Hearing on applications from three businesses on St. Thomas to participate in the tax incentive program for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 beginning at 9AM. Following the public hearing, a Governing Board Decision meeting will also be held for the Economic Development Bank, State Small Business Credit Initiative and the Enterprise Zone Commission.
The VIEDA advises the public that the Board of Directors may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
This meeting will be conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.
