CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – December 6, 2024 – Wayne L. Biggs, Jr., chief executive officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that a Public Hearing for the VI Economic Development Commission on new tax incentive program applications from Historic Area Revitalization Project (“HARP”) (St. Thomas, USVI); KCV Associates, Inc. d/b/a St. John Brewers (St. Thomas/St. John, USVI); LV USVI Investment & Management, LLLP (St. Thomas, USVI); and TrillaMed Global, LLC (St. Croix, USVI) will be held at 9AM on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
A Governing Board Decision Meeting will also be held for the VIEDC (Applications and Compliance matters re: the tax incentive program) and for the VIEDA (Hotel Development Program applicant, Haven Development, LLC) following the public hearing.
To participate in the Board meetings, registration is mandatory, and the sessions will be conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.
