Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Announces Early Office Closure on July 2 and Holiday Closure on July 3

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – July 2, 2026 –The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) advises the public that its offices in the St. Croix and St. Thomas/St. John districts will close at 12 noon today, Thursday, July 2, 2026, to allow staff to participate in a team-building activity.

VIEDA offices in both districts will also be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Emancipation Day.

Normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 8 a.m.
