The location

The St. Croix South Shore Trade Zone is located around the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, east of Estate Enfield Green, south of the Melvin Evans Highway, and west of the Limetree Bay Refinery.

  • Estate Betty's Hope

    Three 100+ acre lots. This site is comprised of approximately 367 acres of relatively flat ocean-front land just south of the airport. All utilities, electrical, water, sewer, telephone, and fiber optics, are located at the site. This site is zoned public.

  • Airport Lots 1,2,3

    The largest being 21 acres, these plots are available for warehouses directly on the airport.

  • South East

    Located closer to the container port to the southeast, this area offers 200 acres but most of it is in the floodplain. The water channel is 7,000 ft. long, 300 ft. wide, and 35 ft. deep. Site is zoned for heavy industry.
