VIEDA Announces Governing Board Meeting Rescheduled to January 28, 2025

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – January 16, 2025 – Wayne L. Biggs, Jr., chief executive officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that the Governing Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

During this meeting, the Governing Board will hold a Decision Meeting to consider application and compliance matters for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC).

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom, and registration is required for all participants. Interested parties can register using the following link:

Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing details for accessing the meeting. Meeting registrants are reminded to refrain from sharing the received link, as individual registration is required.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to enter executive session as stipulated in 1 V.I.C. § 254 during the meeting.
