Governing Board Meeting for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission to be held on July 10

VIEDC Board to consider and decide on six business applications submitted on various tax incentive program matters

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – July 8 2025 – Wayne L. Biggs, Jr., chief executive officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that a Governing Board Meeting for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) will be held beginning at 9AM on Thursday, July 10, 2025

The Board Meeting for the Enterprise Zone Commission is no longer scheduled for July 10, 2025.

The VIEDC meeting will be held virtually via Zoom (Zoom.com), a software-based platform for video and audio communications. Registration is required for all participants and can be completed at the following link:

Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with details to access the meeting. Meeting registrants are advised not to share their confirmation links, as each attendee must register individually.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to enter executive session at any time during the meetings pursuant to 1 V.I.C. § 254.
