Industry: DSB- Providing family office services, investing in both traditional marketable securities and real estate, and in private equity investments. Beneficiary shall serve the investment, financial/accounting fiduciary, philanthropic, and administrative interests of a multi-generational family and its related entities.

Industry: SB: DSB- Providing engineering and environmental consulting services, and waste minimization and management services to include waste to landfill minimization utilizing a gasification unit or through alternative means of sustainable material recovery that meet the unique needs of island-based businesses, government agencies and industrial facilities. Tysam’s clients will be located in the U.S. Virgin Islands and the continental United States

Industry: SB: DSB- Family office, management and consulting, and back-office services to clients located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands pursuant to 29 V.I.C § 708b.

Industry: Eco-Industrial Park

Industry: Manufacturing business, a state-of-the-art ready mix concrete plant located in Estate Cottage, St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands. Beneficiary's services may be provided through one or more wholly-owned disregarded subsidiaries.

Industry: Ambulatory Surgical Center on St. Thomas.

Industry: Concrete manufacturing, sales, and delivery facility on the island of St. John.

Industry: Concrete manufacturing plant on the island of St. Thomas. Beneficiary shall construct a concrete plant facility with a two-story office building, a concrete laboratory, a stand-alone water cistern, a mechanic shop, four (4) aggregate storage bays, a cement tanker, a batcher assembly, a hopper/sile assembly, a hopper/sile assembly, and parking for concrete trucks and cars.

Industry: DSB- providing business management and consulting, data management, claims processing and management, and public policy consulting and advocacy services to its clients. In addition, Beneficiary will engage in family office services pursuant to 29 V.IC. § 708(a). Beneficiary will serve clients located outside the USVI with a focus on providing an evaluation center for law firms to assess potential victims of mass torts and to obtain the necessary records and other supporting material to support their claims. Beneficiary’s services may be provided through one or more wholly owned, disregarded subsidiaries.

Industry: DSB- to provide business and financial management, consulting, and advisory services, with a focus on providing outsourcing solutions to meet clients’ back office needs. Beneficiary’s clients shall be located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands. Beneficiary has established two (2) wholly-owned, disregarded subsidiaries, Sunset Cove Solutions VI, LLC and BDE Capital, LLC, through which it shall carry out its business activities in accordance with 29 V.I.C. § 714(c).

Industry: Utility for the construction and operation of alternative energy plants throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. DSB: Business management and consulting services, investment management and consulting services, venture capital management and investment services primarily in the energy sector, and family office services. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C. § 714(c), Beneficiary established severn (7) wholly-owned disregarded subsidiaries through which it will carry out its business activities: Oasis Solar LLC; Quantum Solar, LLC; Allure Solar, LLC; Symphony Solar, LLC; Ovation Solar, LLC; Icon Solar, LLC; and CL Family Office, LLC.

Industry: DSB- Providing management and consulting services including financing and acquisition advisory services, marketing and analytics, claims service management, data and technology consulting, outsourced management and family offices services to clients located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands ("USVI"). Beneficiary's services may be provided through one or more wholly-owned disregarded subsidiaries.

Industry: Shopping Center

Industry: DSB- Providing financial management, consulting services, mortgage services, and investment to clients primarily within the residential and commercial loan sectors on St. Thomas. Beneficiary shall originate, broker, finance, purchase, manage, and sell residential and other loans and mortgages and shall offer consulting servicesto clients in the same space. Beneficiary's clients shall be located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands. Beneficiary's services may be provided through one or more wholly-owned, disregarded subsidiaries in accordance with 29 V.I.C. § 714(c).

Industry: Healthcare facility, an ambulatory surgical center (“ASC”) on St. Croix, providing the infrastructure for comprehensive outpatient surgical services, internal medicine services, and medical tourism services, as well as back office services.

Industry: DSB- Business management and consulting services, business operations software and support services to clients including without limitation clients within the ecommerce sector, and ecommerce services. In additioin, Beneficiary shall engage in family office services pursuant to V.I. Code Ann. tit. 29, § 708(a). Pursuant to 29, V.I.C. § 714(c), Beneficiary established a wholly-owned disregarded subsidiary, 56 King Street, LLC, through which it will conduct its business activities effective January 1, 2022.

Industry: SB- Food processing and packaging company, specifically roasting and manufacturing specialty coffee products as a small business.

Industry: DSB- Operating as a private investment and consulting firm, including family office services managing its owner's private equity and other investments, and consulting services to third parties and affiliated entities engaged in various technology sectors. Beneficiary will provide its clients a platform of marketing, online advertising, and business development, and client retention services. All of Beneficiary's non-family-office clients shall be located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands ("USVI").
